Chef Paul's culinary journey began as one of the pioneer sushi chefs in Singapore under the tutelage of Master Chef Y. Nogawa. Now, the well-respected chef brings more than 30 years of experience behind the sushi counter to serve his delicate art of Tokyo-style sushi and sashimi. Chef Paul is well-known for keeping to the pure and traditional art of sushi.
